The Human Imperative (HX) began with a simple idea that by making time to be human first, we can create big change. Over the past decade, through application, development, research, and experiential learning, we realized that applying this practice transformed people. It has slowly but surely evolved into a methodology and framework that allows people to realign their relationship with themselves and the world around them in deeply meaningful ways.
At the same time, the pace of change and disruption has made it clear that while a better future is more human, the leaders this future requires do not yet exist in adequate numbers. To build a world in which everyone can thrive, it is imperative that we turn on more lights, engage more people, design a new model for leadership, and help people lead their own intentional cognitive evolution. It requires rebellion to challenge the status quo and to own your narrative, but it can be done, and we are committed to showing people how.

I am a futurist and change agent. My gift is setting people free to think and imagine, to find a path to realize the impossible. I'm living proof that we can accomplish incredible things if we stay resilient, curious, ask good questions, and courageously challenge the limits we are told exist.

My career has been based in strategy, leadership, and innovative thinking. I've learned that observation, listening, and reflection are the keys to constructive disruption. It prepares the ground for us to build new systems where everyone can thrive.​
