Hi! My name is Anne Winn

It was once said that if "you are talking to Anne, she's coaching you in one way or another." I love to understand what makes people tick and to see the things about them that most people miss.

Leadership is my passion. I believe that there are as many types of leaders as there are humans in this world. The key to unlocking that potential is to learn to see ourselves more clearly. That is always a little easier when someone helps us feel seen first.

As much as I love to educate and empower, helping people feel seen is always my most important mission.
