This is a self-paced, 11-module course built on The Human Imperative's Five Tenets of Transformation. It is designed for leaders and individuals who are ready to do real inner work, not for people looking for a motivational shortcut.

Each module includes a 20 to 30-minute video lesson, a corresponding section of the Methodology Workbook, reflection prompts, and a field assignment. You work at your own pace. You go as deep as you choose to go.
